Who We Are

Joey Norcross started his path to working with children after seeing first hand the power of Applied Behavior Analysis while working in a classroom practicum at Croyden Avenue School. In this classroom, college students had the chance to work one-on-one with 2-6 year old children using ABA to teach children to play, communicate, and to be more independent with adaptive living skills. This practicum setting was life-changing for the children, but also life-changing for those college students who got to see first the power of ABA.

Joey was born and raised in the Kalamazoo area. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Western Michigan University before starting his professional career in Southern California. After honing his skills, Joey moved to Freeland Michigan to help start an Autism Clinic. Joey has since returned and is putting his 15+ years of experience to work to help families in his hometown.
